Step 1:

Inspection


Documents are inspected at your business premises and final quote is agreed upon.

 



Step 2:

Transport


All Documents are picked up and transported to Data Binder for Scanning.

 



Step 3:

Document Preparation


The documents are removed from Binders, staples and paper clips are removed, sticky notes removed and documents are aligned and ready for scanning.

 



Step 4:

Scanning


The documents are scanned on a high speed document scanner to multi page pdf format.

 



Step 5:

Quality Assurance and Conversion


The files are checked and repaired then converted to searchable pdf.

 



Step 6:

Handover


The files are copied to USB or uploaded to a dropbox folder for you to download. We can also upload straight to your server or Electronic Document Records Management System (EDRMS).
 

 


Step 7 :

Return or Shred:
Documents are returned to your premises or Shredded by Shred-X and a shredding compliance certificate is emailed to you.
